Refund policy
Returns
30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund or replace it. Items must be unused, clean and in their original condition and packaging, with all included accessories.
Because the SIDELINEPOV headset is worn on the ear, we can't accept returns of items that have been used, unless they are damaged or defective.
How to start a return
Email sidelinepov.co@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
